During British Science Week the children made seed balls using a British wildflower mix. They carefully added seeds to red clay and rolled them into balls. They let them dry out for 2 days. They wanted to sell them to raise money for a charity. They voted to donate the money to Surrey Docks Farm.
When the seed balls had thoroughly dried out, they counted three of them into a paper bag and sealed the bag with a ‘thank you’ sticker. The bags of seed balls were ready for the children to sell to families at our community sing-along.
