The sunshine & children’s commitment to taking care of our micro-farm means that things are coming along nicely. Our potatoes are way above the ground, the nasturtiums have survived the snails & our first attempt at growing cauliflowers is looking hopeful.
The children have been growing cress in a new way…on a sponge! So today we tried open cress sandwiches at snack. The children also planted seed potatoes in tubs. They carefully scooped soil onto them so the shots didn’t get damaged.
