It really was a beautiful day to head out into the garden and act out this fortnight’s core text, @MichaelRosenYes. ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. We swished through wavy grass, squelched in oozy mud and stumbled through the forest until we got back home safely under the covers.
“Here’s the forest”
“I saw snow the other day”
We even saw real paw prints in the mud!
“I’m making sticky mud”
They noticed Bear looked sad…
“A bear here”
“Let me see your book where bear is sad”
The chn thought about how they could make Bear happy and wrote down their ideas.
